What you really need isn’t to push harder or figure everything out on your own. You need space, space to slow down, reflect, and make sense of the changes and responsibilities you’re carrying. You need awareness around your emotional patterns, compassion for the versions of yourself that did what they needed to survive, and practical tools that help you set boundaries and reclaim your voice without guilt. More than anything, you need clarity, clarity about what matters now, how you want to show up, and how to move forward in a way that feels aligned with who you are becoming. This work supports you in navigating midlife with confidence, intention, and self-respect.

It’s for you if you are juggling identity shifts, family responsibilities, health challenges, caregiving, and or complex relationships, and you want to move through it all with more clarity and confidence. You may feel stuck in old patterns, unsure how to set boundaries without guilt, or disconnected from your own voice. This is for you if you are willing to reflect honestly, approach yourself with compassion, and take meaningful steps toward a more intentional, self-led life.

This work may not be the right fit if you are looking for quick fixes, rigid formulas, or someone to tell you exactly what to do. It’s not for you if you’re unwilling to reflect on your own patterns or expect change to happen without participation and self-awareness. This coaching is also not designed for those who want to bypass emotions or avoid deeper conversations in favor of surface-level solutions. If you’re not ready to engage thoughtfully with your inner world or if you prefer a purely directive or clinical approach, this may not be the support you’re seeking right now.

  • Initial Consult

    30 minutes

    The Initial Consult is a brief “get to know you” session to determine if we’re a good fit.

    During the 30-minute one-on-one Zoom Initial Consult, you can expect a warm and welcoming environment where we'll start with a brief discussion about your specific areas of concern or goals you may have. I'll provide an overview of my approach and what you can expect from future sessions, and answer any questions you may have about the process.

  • Listening Space Session

    45 minutes

    Sometimes, you don’t need advice.
    You don’t need fixing.
    You just need someone to listen.

    The Listening Space Session is a confidential, judgment-free 45-minute one-on-one Zoom session where you can vent, process out loud, or simply say the things you’ve been holding in. There’s no coaching, no guidance, and no expectations, just calm, compassionate presence.

    You talk. I listen.
    Fully. Respectfully. Without interruption.

    This session is for you if:

    You feel emotionally full and need release

    You don’t have someone safe to talk to

    You want to be heard without being “helped.”

    Come exactly as you are. Leave a little lighter.

  • Coaching Session

    45 minutes

    The general Coaching Session offers a supportive, focused space to gain clarity, explore new perspectives, and walk away with clear, actionable steps toward your goals.

    During the 45-minute one-on-one Zoom Coaching Sessions, you can expect a focused, supportive conversation centered on you, your goals, clarity, and next steps. We’ll begin by identifying what feels most important for you right now, then explore what’s working, what’s holding you back, and what you want to move toward. Together, we’ll uncover insights, shift perspectives, and create simple, aligned action steps you can take immediately. You’ll leave the session feeling clearer, more confident, and supported, with practical tools and direction to help you move forward with intention.

    * Please Note: All first-time clients must book an Initial Consult, Breakthrough Session, or The Listening Space Session before their first general Coaching Session.

  • Breakthrough Session

    90 minutes

    The Breakthrough Session is focused on one key issue standing between you and forward momentum.

    During the 90-minute one-on-one Zoom Breakthrough Session, you can expect to quickly clarify the core problem, identify why you’ve been stuck, and uncover the one leverage point that will create the largest shift. By the end of the session, you’ll have a concise, prioritized action plan; concrete steps you can implement immediately, the mindset or habit adjustment to sustain progress, and a simple accountability check to measure impact over the next 7-14 days. Ideal for when you need fast clarity, decisive direction, and practical actions that break through the fog and turn insight into results.

    This session can come in place of or after the Initial Consult. If you know you’re ready to work with me and want to dive right in on a focused issue, this session is the one for you!
